Jakarta – Indonesia’s Minister of Defense and President-elect for the 2024-2029 term, Prabowo Subianto, held a meeting with President Joko Widodo to provide updates on his week-long working visit to Europe.
Arriving at the State Palace at 3:00 PM WIB on Friday, August 2, Prabowo was dressed in a brown safari suit, black cap, and sunglasses. He took a moment to greet the media upon his arrival.
During the meeting, Prabowo shared details of his visit to Paris, Serbia, Turkey, and Russia.
“I just returned yesterday afternoon, and today I am meeting with the President to brief him on my visit. After the Olympics opening, I had a one-on-one meeting with President Macron and visited several other countries,” Prabowo explained.
During his working visit from July 24 to 31, 2024, Prabowo met with French President Emmanuel Macron, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“Yes, Russia, Turkey, Serbia, and Albania. Yes, I’m just providing a report,” Prabowo concluded.
